“Texas State Aquarium is AMAZING”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 2, 2014

I've always really enjoyed the aquarium, this was only our 2nd time visiting. They have added a "Splash Park" for the children to cool off, which was a perfect addition!! You can tell the animals here are well taken care of (which is why I don't mind spending the $$ for my family to enter) The Dolphin shows are always a MUST see!! Also don't forget to go to the dolphin room down below their tank, really cool experience.

“Average Aquarium”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 30, 2014

For a top 20 aquarium, the Texas State Aquarium is pretty small. The exhibits were nice. The dolphin show was very fun. Not a great value - adult tickets were close to $20 each, plus $5 for parking. Go once, but you won't return.

“A Great Source of Knowledge of Sea Life.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 29, 2014

My children and I went through all the amazing attractions. They even have a petting cage. We came out with a great deal of knowledge of the living things in the sea. The children and I loved it.

“Not impressed”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 29, 2014 via mobile

The facilities are nice but for the price its not up to par with other aquariums around the country. I've been to many aquarium attractions in florida, chicago, and texas. This one cost the most and had little to show. We were in and out in under 2 hrs. I was just disappointed.

Lots of fun for kids, especially dolphin show and splash pad! Get there early and snag the super close parking.
