Great place all around, our company event went great at the restaurant picked for a party of 16 business related. Rooms were provided by company and the stay was great. Will schedule future business events

The poker room is filthy and needs to be cleaned. Also, too much collusion and interaction with the dealers and local players. Also, certain local players win and move to other tables subtracting money off of their stacks when changing tables. Or they go from 1/3 holdem to 2/5 holdem and they're allowed to take money off of their stacks. Then an hour later they go back to 1/3 holdem. This typically happens once they get a double up on 1/3. It's local players that will force themselves to the table with the money on it. The floor allows the locals to run the show and nothing is being done about it. Better off going somewhere else!!!

Hotel was clean and for the most part the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is first class. However, the safe did not work in the room and the room had only one glass. Since I stayed with my wife we were one glass short. I notified the front desk but, the issue was not resolved.

We were able to drive to the location, make dinner reservations and have some entertainment without having to leave the site. The cost is a little high but otherwise this is a great stay and location.

Lost and Found is non-existent.

I asked one of the security guards if they could help locate a lost item. They immediately call lost and found - no answer.

They tried again- Missing in action

Since no one picked up they gave me a card with contact information.

When I retuned home I sent an email. After several days I updated the email in hope of prompting some response. Ni answer.

I sent a new general inquiry request simply hoping for the courtesy of a response.

I finally got a response that stated that they don't respond if they don't have your item. What?

So you are left to spin your wheels and wonder if your inquiry was ever received? Every inquiry deserves the courtesy of a response. Why is this poor service acceptable? The indifference of some MGM personnel is shocking.

For example, I asked a parking lot attendant where to park. His response? "Whatever the sign said" as he turned his back and walked away.

Would be happy to train the staff for free to better serve customers.
