Breakfast food a little greasy spoon and pricey but neat old time atmosphere.

At dinner wine was reasonably priced. Service was fast and good. Dinner food was perfect. Great portions. Great fresh quality. Pricey for the atmosphere. But still a unique spot. The water is running through the dining room.

Our meal delicious and our waitor top notch but they really need to improve the design as you are basically dining in the gift shop.

For the price charged they should change the layout and perhaps move the giftshop to an outbuilding, the room has SO much potential and could be a spectacular restaurant.

The dining room is a casual affair adjacent to the gift shop - with a trickle of a stream flowing directly through the dining room. The wine selection is good - as is the fish selections on the menu. I enjoyed the halibut very much. The waitresses are experienced and friendly. The service is not fast - but what's the rush?

The coffee shop is a kick - you will feel like you've been transported back to the 1950's. Again, allow enough time for breakfast if you have a cave tour in the morning. I'd allow 90 minutes. The "eggs in a cave" were very good - along with excellent bacon. My breakfast companion however had Belgian Waffles - and I would not recommend this: the strawberries were still frozen and the waffles and butter were cold.

The dining room is open and adjoins the lovely gift shop...I was not impressed with our dinner, the vegetables seemed discolored and old, the fish was not good breading falling off, the dessert was wonderful! Marionberry Cobbler. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, I was on a group tour, the staff goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The ranger gave us a safety talk in the lodge on rescuing people in trouble that go into caves on their own.
