My husband and I ate here last night. The place was busy, a fun atmosphere, sitting at indoor picnic tables, I was excited to try some yummy ribs. The ribs were AWFUL. They tasted like lighterfluid and charcoal briquets, undercooked, greasy and tough. Even the cute pig logo and all of the many "Best Of Salt Lake City" awards on the wall could not convince me to enjoy the ribs. We shared a picnic table with a gentleman from LA, here for a conference. He also thought the ribs were "crappy" and did not finsh his meal. The cornbread was mediocre but the green salad was fresh and just fine. We will not go back.
