We travel full time and know when we have found a fantastic place when we were in Salt Lake City this summer. My husband had the traditional spaghetti with meat sauce (sausage) which he absolutely loved, and I had stuff tenderloin pork.........creative and extraordinary taste. The crowning highlight... of all things... was the mashed cauliflower....better than any mashed potatoes I ever had. Our server, Joey and the managing partner Carl Schweikert were so helpful and friendly. They continually took the time to make sure we were satisfied and shared insights on the area. After a couple of drinks, cappuchino, desert and an incredible meal, we were shocked to find such a reasonable tab. Wish we lived in this town to enjoy the wonderful food and ambience every week!
