“Awe-inspiring”

I thought the Choir sounded wonderful until I heard them in the 'name-sake building'. Absolutely incredible. I wish everyone could have the opportunity to hear them there.

“Christmas Concerts”
Reviewed December 7, 2012

You have to be there at least once in your life. They are amazing, the atmosphere is great and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra put on such a great show and usually their special guests are just as fantastic.

“Even the practice is great...”
Reviewed December 3, 2012

I was in town for 4 days, but couldn't stay through Sunday to see the choir perform, but did make it to the rehearsal during the week.... lots of interruptions, but you still get to hear them sing and it's great. I love choral music and the sounds of the harmonies with the acoustics of the tabernacle brought tears to my eyes. What I liked about this too was that you can come and go as you please - so if you're not up for an entire service - you get to stay as little or as long as you like....

“Mormons”

Weird, like much of Salt Lake, but nice singing. If you don't mind the whole no coffee or beer and they are saints and you are human aspect, plus being excluded from the good parts of the temple, it's worth a visit.

“MY BLEEDING EARS!!!!”
Reviewed November 26, 2012

I know they're world famous, but unless you like to hear high screeching sopranos, don't go. I've heard they do a men's chorus, but I've never been.
