“Food Good Service Poor Hostess Argumentative”
Reviewed September 11, 2013

Be prepared to wait and wait and wait, and wonder what happened to Oscar your waiter....then when you query where is your soup, we've been here for 23 mins (after ordering). and then ask where is my entree, oh it's been 40+ mins and the Hostess argues this, well that' it for me..never again!

“Oldest Salt Lake City restaurant”
Reviewed September 2, 2013

Lamb's Grill, Salt Lake's oldest restaurant, has a Greek atmosphere but can accommodate almost any taste. It has an Old World charm, the staff is pleasant and helpful, and the food is great. I enjoyed the pre-theatre salmon, and shared an Irish Coffee Sundae with a friend. Yummy!!!! After dining at Lamb's Grill our group needed the long walk to Temple Square where we enjoyed the Tabernacle Choir rehearsal.

“Connection to Salt Lake City Heritage”
Reviewed July 6, 2013

This can be enjoyed at many levels: from solo at the original marble bar to lots of regular restaurant seating. Small but pleasant patio.
Enjoyed a cornmeal crusted trout.
As is common in Utah, you must ask for alcoholic beverage menu.
Overall, very enjoyable.

“Old timey atmosphere”
Reviewed July 2, 2013

I felt like I was in the 50's- white line napkins and table cloths, the old marble bar, booths with mini tea light lamps, old style ceiling light fixtures. A neat experience all around. My husband found this restaurant while I was in a seminar. We dined here for dinner. Waitress honored the early bird menu even though we arrived 15 minutes after cut off. Beef was so tender you could break it apart with a fork!!! Again, another happy experience on our recent trip to Salt Lake City.

“Great Brunch in Downtown!”
Reviewed June 18, 2013

The eggs benedict and chicken fried steak and eggs were both yummy! The coffee was delicious too. We sat outside and enjoyed the cool air in the shade on a hot June morning.
