Way up in the mountains, private secluded log cabin, you feel like you are the guest of the homeowner. The patio seating outback by the waterfall is so beautiful. I would go there just for the setting but the food is amazing. The chef puts together many healthy, fresh dishes that delight. I had the local trout with an asian twist. The bison is also very popular. For desert don't miss the apple, cheddar, oatmeal crisp with homemade ice cream. For starters hummus served with jalapeno cheese bread...who needs butter. Portions are perfect too.
