Fresh bread was served with olive oil. The bread was crunchy on the outside and had the perfect blend of chewy and soft on the inside. An excellent pairing for the olive oil. Salads were topped with more olive oil and perfectly aged balsamic vinegar. My prosciutto and sun dried tomato stuffed chicken was cooked to perfection. Served with grilled veggies and... YUM! There was no room for dessert, but who needs it after indulging in good wine and delish food!
