“Fun place to stay.”
Reviewed February 2, 2014 via mobile

We stayed in "The Wild West" room. There was a lot of attention to the decoration in the room. It was a fun place to stay. The only criticism I have is the place was a little hard to find and the bed mattress was not great. All that aside I would do it again. My wife wants to go back and stay in a different room next time. A nice change from the normal overnight stay.

Came here for our 5th anniversary. Very friendly, very clean. Cute room! We stayed in the log cabin room! Very cozy. Nice touches like cheesecake in room. Breakfast brought to room included in price and very yummy! Would definitely recommend this place!

My wife and I had our first opportunity to stay here late November 2013. We stayed in the Tuscany Suite. This wasn't my first choice, but was the best one available. We were not disappointed. It was very charming and had a ton of character. I would recommend. The check in was very easy, the room was ready and the cheesecake that was part of the plan was already in the fridge. The tub is huge, and the shower/waterfall was quite unique. A few minor downsides. The room was cool, and a bit hard to warm up. There were a few space heaters there that made it work for us. The bathroom didn't have a door for the toilet area, a bit odd, but it worked okay. My wife thought bed was due for a new mattress, I didn't mind.
The breakfast in the morning was wonderful, it was work of art. I can't wait to come back again. We'll surely pick a different room next time, but we did enjoy this one.

We were in Salt Lake City for a college football game and site-seeing and this was the closest, nice place to stay. We got the Phantom of the Opera room and it was quite the site. This was a single-level room (others, such as the Jungle Room, have two levels with the bed upstairs.) The daily breakfast is plentiful and delivered at the time you request. The rooms are fairly quiet and the staff will go above and beyond to make your stay perfect.

The college is about a mile away; an easy walking distance. During our 4 day stay, we walked to most places (only taking a train from downtown to the aviary and a bus from our place to the zoo.) Trolley square was less than a mile away and provided many dining and shopping options.

I'd love to come back and stay in another room - maybe the jungle room (with an elephant head shower!)

Room Tip: The possibilities are limitless - choose what appeals most to you, keeping in mind the bi-level room...

This was a great way to spend a night. We stayed in the Grand Bridal Suite. The welcome was pleasant, chocolate cupcakes delicious, room superb, breakfast adequate but presented well, and the tub Terrific. It is expensive but a great retreat.

We stayed one night at the Anniversary Inn in Salt Lake City at the Jackson Hole room. It was comfortable and fun rooms with the themes. The check-in procedure was easy and the lobby smells great and had a plate of home made chocolate chip cookies out. We had a little difficulty finding the place, and ended up calling the hotel for help. The sign out front is small and the inn is on a side street. There is parking in a free lot (at your own risk); right beside the hotel (no issues with our vehicle). No elevators, which was no big deal for us, we didn't have a lot to bring in. If you do, just keep in mind that you will need to carry your stuff up the stairs. Our room had a covered wagon for a bed which was fun, directv, nice big tub and a small table and chairs. We got just a little bit too hot in the bed, and we were not able to adjust the thermostat. The breakfast (which is included in the price) was a nice touch. It is delivered to your room with a knock on the door at the time you specify in the morning. We had a ham and cheese croissant, and they also had a yogurt parfait. We enjoyed the inn, prices were a little high.

Very nice hotel with themed rooms. Stayed in the Phantom of the Opera room, very beautiful and relaxing. Hotel had complimentary items, more than I expected actually, staff was friendly, and breakfast was very good. Want to stay there many more times in the future, already planning on when to go back.

Room Tip: Use the view a room feature online to pick the best room for your theme preferences.
