“Great & Spacious”

LDS Conference Center
Certificate of Excellence
Attraction details
Reviewed December 8, 2014

The Conference Center is one to come and be able to internally self reflect while enjoying a choir or listening to the brethern from the LDS church speak. The choirs or Christmas shows that are put on are far above anything else. Come and enjoy.

Open and free of charge every Sunday for the weekly broadcast. Get there early enough to watch the rehearsal, ( by 8:30) it's an enormous (21,000) seating is no problem. and the orchestra and choir are truly one of the best in the country.

The tour through the conference center is very informative and interesting. You will learn things that can't be seen anywhere else. Take advantage!

I have taken the tour a few times. It is fun with kids. But this time I went in asking to see the art. All the artwork in the building is original. And it is breathtaking! The tours are very casual. You can let your tour guide know how much time you have and what things you would like to see. If you've never been in the Conference Center I recommend taking the whole tour. If you don't have much time, see the auditorium and the rooftop.
But I highly recommend seeing the art! It was amazing!

We went to the Conference Center following a Christmas concert at the Tabernacle. Be prepared to take the whole tour and be accompanied the whole time. One cannot just meander about the building at their own pace. You must see the whole building and get the whole spiel.
