I stay at the Sheraton for business and I am impressed with the all of the features of the property. The gym is one of the better hotel gyms I've seen, complete with a pullup and dip bar. The made to order omelets at the breakfast buffet are a great start to the day. After work TC provides great service and helps you relax while serving horderves and drinks during evening service at the club lounge. Kara is wonderful to work with at the front desk and is always cheerful and helpful when I need anything.
In the summer there is an outdoor pool to go to when the weather's nice. They turn on an outdoor firepit when it gets dark, and it is a great place to relax and chat with friends and coworkers. Many downtown bars, restaurants, and brewpubs like squatters and red rock are within walking distance to the hotel. It is close to vivint arena and only a couple blocks from a trax stop.

Thank you so much for taking some time to let us know you enjoyed your stay. I agree with you on the fire pit in the courtyard as I think it makes you forget you are in downtown Salt Lake City. I was also very pleased to read you enjoyed our Sheraton Club. I am very lucky to have TC and Kara on my team.

We look forward to welcoming you back!

I was in Salt Lake City for March Madness. The hotel was in walking distance to the arena and basically everything else like places to eat, bars, etc. The hotel it self was great the room was huge as I was put on the Executive Level.......thank you for doing that for me. Everyone at the front sek was friendly and understanding. My flight was delayed from Long Beach and each time I called I was told not to worry and when I arrive my room will be available for me at it was at 2:30 AM.

Room tip: If you can get the Executive Floor take it because you get Breakfast and Happy Hour every day.

I just finished reading over your comments and was thrilled to see you enjoyed your stay with us here in downtown Salt Lake City for the opening round of March Madness. Hopefully your team is still moving through...my personal bracket was DOA that first weekend. As you can imagine, I was very happy to learn my team took good care of you. Booked one night for a get away, were very impressed! Great staff! With our points status we were invited for drinks and appetizers on the 7th floor. A great spread, server was very attentive to our drink needs, food was amazing! Room was nice with a city view. A very enjoyable stay, would highly recommend this hotel, nicely located downtown, close to restaurants and entertainment.

This was my first time in Salt Lake City and I really enjoyed it. Hotel is very nice, rooms are clean, beds very comfortable. Staff is friendly. My room was a two level loft type with bedroom and bathroom on the second level. It made it feel very home like. Although it did get much warmer on the second level, so extra AC was needed to keep that area cool.
The Church and all the downtown has to offer was a pleasant 20 min walk away.
Overall, I will definitely be back
