20-years ago, I used to go to Juniors all the time. I recently returned - they have moved because the Italian restaurant next door expanded, and it's still the same place. Same bar, same beer can collection, same posters on the walls, and Miles Davis still gets plenty of air time. Decent beer on-tap, and since liquor laws have changed, they have a full bar as well. Only thing missing from the old location across from the jail are people waiting to bail-out a friend, which probably isn't a bad thing to shed. Otherwise, subdued, Bohemian atmosphere.
NOTE - this is listed under restaurants, but it's a classic bar - I ranked it 5-stars for "Bar Scene" because it's a bar, but if you're looking for a club atmosphere, this isn't the place. If you get hungry, they have menus for a couple places that will deliver, but don't come expecting to eat much more than pickled eggs or beef jerky.
