Just completed my second stay at the Little America and it is a very nice hotel. The decor is traditional but the rooms are immaculate and huge. I had a king bed in a very large room with a table and chairs, a desk and chair, a couch and chair plus a balcony -- there was still plenty of floor space. The large bath included a shower and soaking tub with a large counter for getting ready. There was also a dressing room with another sink plus a closet and safe etc -- a great choice if you are going to stay awhile and like space. The service is very good and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Also, there are shops and 2 restaurants in the hotel --I had an excellent meal at the upscale restaurant and the meals catered for the events I attended were very good.

Room Tip: Ask for a balcony

The name "Little America" suggested kind of a quiet little place to stay but this hotel is very nice. The location is right in the downtown and the amenities are quite nice as well.
I'd stay here again.

I stayed here 3 nights for a Business trip and enjoyed my time here. The staff was helpful and very business friendly. My room was more like a suite and I enjoyed the extra space. Public transportation is close to the hotel so it's easy to travel to downtown. The pool area was nice too. Their restaurants offer good dining so you stay in if you chose to do so.

This hotel has the largest rooms I have every stayed in. The bed was comortable and the bath was two rooms, two sinks and an extra large tub. The shower was top of the line. The lobby is ornate with some fun shopping, and an expresso bar. The restaurant was upscale and quite good. The location could not be better if you are staying downtown. The local light rail stops right in front and meny attractions are within walking distance.

Let's talk about the hotel proper. The rooms are large and comfortable. All of the amenities are first class and the staff is very friendly and accomodating. The coffee shop and restaurant both cook up delicious food. There is no complimentary coffee to be had so that was a bum.

If I have a disappointment it is that the location is a mile from the heart of activity in the city. Yes, it is right near the free TRAX system so you can ride down or walk. The city is very safe. But for me personally, I would choose a location closer to downtown where the restaurants and activities are.

Room Tip: The garden rooms do not have elevators so being on the second floor with lots of luggage is tough...

I stayed at this hotel for around 3 weeks during a work visit, so got to know it pretty well. It's hard to fault. The rooms are huge (essentially 2 rooms), decent bed, clean, nice decor, large marble-lined bathroom.

I ate in the restaurant and also bar quite a few times. The menu and meals are actually way above my expectations. There is a decent bar (friendly staff), also a proper table service restaurant. Breakfast is a la carte or buffet, and very decent indeed.

Location is great - its on the tramline, which is two stops from the city centre (also walkable). There are probably 20 reasonable restaurants within a 15 minute walk (nothing is only 5 minutes, this is the US;-).

Exercise room is fine, although a rowing machine would have been good, but its good enough for a hotel. There are a couple of pools as well, more for pleasure than doing laps - one is a larger pool with tables, chairs, lilos, very pleasant.

The only possible quibble I could have after my time there is that the room staff are possibly somewhat too solicitous, as they visit the rooms a few times a day, checking things etc. More than I need, especially when working.

IN general the hotel staff overall were very friendly and service was faultless.

Lots of underground parking space.

Room Tip: There are two types of rooms - in the tower (where I was) and 2-story holiday motel style buildings...
