Room smelled, and cushions were wet from cleaning. Doors not able to close between living and sleeping areas. No evening snack as provided by most Hamptons. No information in the room about dining or shopping.

I stay at many Hampton Inn hotels every year. I am sorry to say, this one was the worst so far.
Out dated and dark decor.
Absolutely no protein at any of the breakfasts served.
There was NO HOT WATER!!! ALL THREE DAYS WE STAYED!! The water was barely warm enough to take a quick shower.
This hotel is NOT up to the Hampton Inn standards.
The staff was wonderful though!!! They earned the only star.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, unfortunately we wish we knew during your stay so the issues were taken care of while you were here. The issues have been addressed with our breakfast staff and our maintenance. The hotel has hot water and with thorough inspection the hot water was turned off in that room only not sure how or why that happened. Not your problem at all, but it will definitely not happen again. I understand how you feel about our Hampton standards as we always take into consideration what our guests suggest. Like you we continue to voice that to our owners daily. We are willing to submit to your Hilton Honors account 3000 points and hope you can give us another opportunity to provide you with a comfortable and a more enjoyable stay as you deserve!

Our Hampton Inn within our Brand Standards we offer fresh baked cookies Mon-Fri at 6:00pm daily. We have information about dining and shopping at our front desk and the agents would've have openly assisted. We stayed at this hotel on our way back from visiting Yellowstone National Park. We stayed in the one king bed room.
My wife and I feel that this is the nicest Hampton Inn that we had been to. The room is large and airy. The bathroom lay out is nice. The front desk personal were friendly and helpful.
We like the separate area for the breakfast, instead of in the lobby area. The location is great, even though it is closed to the airport, we didn't hear any airplane noise.
We definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives.

This hotel has everything you need for an airport hotel. It is close to the airport and rental car return. There is also a gas station near by to fill up before returning the car. It is a typical Hampton Inn with the exception that they have a very small restaurant/bar. It has a limited menu but it is so nice not to have to go out once you arrive after a long driving day. I had a very good caesar salad and my husband enjoyed his chicken fingers. Service was slow but there was only one server and it was pretty full. She was doing everything. We had a huge corner room. Always enjoy the peaceful, calm Hampton vibe.

Staff super pleasant and friendly, room prepared nicely, very clean room and very good stay! Welcomed as a rewards member. Free WiFi and breakfast. Sleep was comfortable and peaceful! Will definitely be back again!

Stayed because it's a Hampton and they always have a good quality stay.
Unfortunately the bed at this hotel was of very poor quality. I would expect this level of quality in a motel 6, but not a Hampton
