clean rooms, big rooms, friendly staff, easy reservation, best quality room on the peninsula. We stayed here 3 nights around a marathon in June, then went exploring the peninsula. The whole family agreed that Olympic Lodge was by far the best place we'd stayed.

We were initially booked for the Lake Crescent Lodge in the Olympic Natl Park, but after we looked closer at the maps, we realized Port Angeles would be a better starting point to explore the north side of the Park. We cancelled the Lake Crescent reservation and booked the Olympic Lodge instead - at a savings of $40 a night, to top it off. So glad we made this change. This is a beautiful, quiet, clean hotel. The location is just excellent - we were very easily able to explore the Park from here. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Olympic National Park.

We chose the Olympic Lodge from reviews submitted by previous Trip Advisor members. The hotel is conveniently located at the edge of town as you approach from Hwy 101. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated in natural wood and stone and has large windows overlooking a golf course. Our room was a comfortable king, also overlooking the golf course. The staff could not have been more helpful, giving us a map of the area and the names of several good restaurants. When you stay, do not miss the breakfast special of french toast dipped in crushed cornflakes and served with peaches. Heavenly! We will stay here again.

We travel to the Peninsula frequently on business. We have probably stayed in three or four different hotels. I don't know why we hadn't found the Olympic Lodge before! Everything was done properly - from the reservation, to the check in and the condition of the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. I sometimes wonder if the critics of hotels like this are reviewing the wrong place, work for the competition, or are out of their minds!!

Beautiful hotel; large, comfy, clean room. Our king room with a patio was not worth the extra cash. It was two (wet!) lawn chairs on the sidewalk looking at the backside of a hill at the adjacent golf course. Wish I had read the hotel details more carefully before booking the room. We reserved for two nights but only stayed for one. No complaints about the room itself, as it was lovely. It is, however, right on the main drag through Port Angeles.

This hotel was better than expected. I thought it was brand new and it has been open 18 years and was upgraded 3 years ago. The golf course view rooms were worth the extra price. The only suggestion i have is that the restaurant should provide a children's menu.

The Olympic Lodge is conveniently located in town with easy access but it appears that you are staying in a beautiful mountain setting. The landscaping and views are exceptional with the fountains and mountains everywhere you look.
The rooms and amenities were luxurious and the staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices reasonably priced and very tasty.
The week I stayed felt like my home away from home, only everything taken care of for me! I loved the Olympic Lodge and will definitely stay there when I return to the Peninsula.
