Beautiful view of the mountain, conveniently located to everything in town.
They serve delicious soup and cookies in the afternoon.
However, if you are using a AAA discount they do not include the breakfast, so we had to go out for breakfast, but there are lots of nice option near by.
Also, they do not offer a Military discount which was surprising.
But we did love the lodge and will probably stay there again

Room tip: Room and beds were very comfortable

Thank you for your kind comments. Many travelers choose to stay with us for our convenient location as we are just minutes from downtown Port Angeles and the entrance to Hurricane Ridge in the Olympia National Park. I'm pleased to hear you enjoyed the lodge's beautiful accommodations as much as our location. We hope to welcome your back during your next trip to the Olympic Peninsula.

This Lodge is very inexpensive for what you get. The rooms are large and very quiet. Emily at the front desk is very helpful and super sweet. The Lodge makes fresh yummy soup every evening with fresh baked cookies. The Breakfast was very yummy and everyone was so helpful and accommodating. We had a King patio room but the patio is super small and looks out into the golf course. The pictures online seem a little misleading but nice overall. The Lodge is in walking distance to several sandwich shops and a restaurant. They have a swimming pool and a fitness room but it’s only cardio type of machines. The Lodge is just short drive to the entrance to the Olympic Forrest. Many great sites nearby.

During a recent visit to Olympic National Park, my husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Olympic Lodge. This is a great home base while exploring Hurricane Ridge, Hon Rainforest, and the beaches. We stayed in a 3rd floor king room overlooking a golf course. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about places to eat in town, events taking place and weather conditions on Hurricane Ridge. The massive fireplace and cozy leather couches made the lobby a comfortable and relaxing area. Every night after we returned from a long day of hiking we enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, especially after 10 p.m. when it is for adults only. Olympic Lodge is definitely the best place to stay while in Port Angeles.

My husband and I stayed in an executive room with a king bed on the top floor with a beautiful view of the water feature below and the golf course hillside. The employees at the front desk were friendly and welcoming on arrival. The large lobby and nearby breakfast room were decorated beautifully for Christmas, both with nice views of the outdoor landscaping and water feature. The room was spacious and clean. It was very quiet at night. Slept great! We would definitely recommend.

Room tip: The top floor was quiet and had a nice view of the golf course.

My wife and I stayed at the Olympic Lodge during a recent visit to Olympic National Park. We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. Although we have not stayed at any other hotels in Port Angeles, it seemed pretty clear from driving around that the Olympic Lodge was a big step above any other hotel in town. The rooms were clean and spacious. The lobby, with its big fireplace, was very welcoming. Everyone on the staff was friendly and committed to satisfying their guests. Since we were visiting off season, we got an surprising low rate for such a nice hotel. The rate even included breakfast, which was really delicious. The Olympic Lodge is the perfect choice for any visit to the Olympic Peninsula.

Room tip: We stayed on the top floor which was very quiet.
