“Delicious! Period.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 16, 2014

We were here on a sunny July afternoon for lunch and had a truly delicious meal.

The food - We ordered the Dungeness Crab Fried Rice, Coconut Fried Rice, both supremely tasty and unique...we've eaten at many Thai restaurants but never tasted these combinations of flavours and spices. We also had, as the menu aptly classifies them, the usual suspects - a beef red curry and a chicken yellow curry. Then, as we are not particularly fond of ricey Asian desserts, we ordered their lemon grass creme brulee. It was made to perfection with just the right caramel crust.

The ambience - refreshingly unique decor with sunlight streaming in from the skylight in the ceiling through those colourful Thai umbrellas suspended from the ceiling. Comfortable seating. Patio seating was available but we chose to sit inside.

The service - excellent. 'Nuff said.

“Super Thai Food Right Across from the Ferry Terminal!!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 2, 2014

Had lunch at this delightful restaurant. All the food is prepared to order. Having visited Thailand, this Thai food is among the best I've ever had. They have an varied menu including non-Thai food. For folks coming in from Victoria and looking for a nearby restaurant, it's a 2-minute walk away. My wife ordered Swimming Rama and I had a Chinese Chicken with vegetables. We shared our meals and the greatest highlight of both foods is the sauce used to prepare the dishes. It was absolutely delicious! While they don't have a dedicated "lunch menu", they have smaller portions of their dinner menu. Both dishes were served with steam rice and the portions, even though supposedly smaller, were substantial and very filling (both entrée items cost $8.50). Our waiter was Stewart and he was very attentive, professional, and friendly despite being very busy. Never had to ask for refills on our water, and he constantly checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our meals. This restaurant is one of the best on the Olympic Peninsula and is a great spot for visitors and locals alike.

“Delicious curry! ”

We found this place next to the habor. We had three different curries and they were all amazing. The prices are really reasonable and the staff very friendly. I would recommend this restaurant!

“Very pleasant atmoshere and enjoyable lunch.”

It wasn't the best Chicken Curry I've ever had but it was enjoyable. I like the kind with potatoes and onions and carotts and this didn't have carotts. The beer was stale but we still got charged for it. We did drink it because he didn't offer to discount it or replace it. I would ask if the beer on tap is fresh and get a sample. It was kind of bad business to charge for the stale beer otherwise I'd rave about the place. It's right across the street from the Red Lion.
