“What a great lunch!”
Reviewed November 19, 2012

We were visiting Olympic National Park, heard about Toga's on TripAdvisor, so we tried it for lunch. Only a few minutes from the park visitor center, it appears to be in a converted rustic house. I could imagine enjoying sitting in a hot tub outside on the patio, but it was too cold to sit outside. Plenty of parking in front and back. We had the fresh salmon and roast beef sandwiches, which were very large, had a wonderful flavor. The fresh ciabatta bread was also soft and warm! Had a medium-size bowl of chowder which was very tasty and warmed me right up. The medium size is about a quart and the large looked like a half gallon! The staff was very friendly and quick. Several checked to make sure we enjoyed our meal. We are planning another trip back and will definitely include Toga's!

“Recommended by a local, with good reason.”
Reviewed October 9, 2012

Asked a local (customs agent at ferry terminal) for his favorite deli recommendation. He sent us to nearby Toga's. What a delightful surprise!

The seasonal sandwich special (meatball grinder) was fresh & authentic Italian-tasting, and the soups were creative and spot-on. We tried the red chicken curry soup and the corn chowder, both were stellar. Dessert was a fluffy and rich chocolate mousse. Other treats in the case are made daily and looked sinfully delicious, but we were stuffed!

Proprietors are present and visible, unlike so many others these days. They were sincere and obviously proud of their food and their atmosphere, and with good reason. Don't miss a stop at Toga's on your way to Olympic National Park.

“A real find”
Reviewed October 2, 2012

The Border Patrol at the ferry terminal told us about Toga. It was well worth the drive to find it. The soup and salad were wonderful home made goodness. The dessert yummy. I would highly recommend

Great food and quick friendly service. We had lunch here one day while in Port Angeles. The food is all fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced. Excellent soup.

“Absolutely delicious!”
Reviewed August 23, 2012

This is the best place in Port Angeles to stop for soup or sandwiches before heading up to Hurricane Ridge or getting on the ferry to Victoria. Reviewers mention the price a lot but it is so worth it (and honestly, not all that expensive)! The ingredients are so fresh and you can really tell the difference in the quality. The owners have a fine dining background and it shows. My family and I tried sandwiches, soups, salad and desserts and they were all fantastic! This was the best meal I had in Port Angeles.
