We loved it here so much that we ate there twice while in town. Both times the tables were only 30% occupied.
The only minor issue was that once we ordered, it took forever to get the food. We felt like they could only cook one meal at a time. Well, obviously it didn't deter us because we went back anyway (slow again).
How it works:
1) go in and check out menu.
2) When ready, place order at the counter, pay for your food and grab a table while you wait.
3) when they call your number, you go back to the counter to get your food..
4) when done, they bus your table.
5) it's that simple
People were ordering so many different things from the menu, I can only assume they are all as good as the pizza.
Aside from being slow, service was so friendly that we really didn't mind the slowness.
We will come back over and over, anyway.
