My husband and I dined here last week (Sept. 3), and had another wonderful meal. He has made it a point to stop in whenever possible, since 1995. The food is consistently good and plentiful. They specialize in seafood - good quality seafood - but offer other selections, as well. He favors their blackened Orange Roughy, and I have had a couple of preparations of their Georgia shrimp, the latest being a bourbon glazed variety - delicious! Dinners are offered with a garden salad and choice of a side item - plenty from which to choose. We like the batter dipped french fries and the cheese grits. The steamed veggies arrive slightly crunchy, lightly seasoned and fresh. Their homemade desserts are very tasty, and they are appropriately sized - you are not presented with half of a cake or pie!
There is a bar area that offers additional outdoor seating, with a portion of this being covered. The margaritas are very good and very reasonably priced. If you don't care to wait in line on a Friday or Saturday evening (and I've yet to go when one didn't form at some point - always a good sign), then I'd recommend arriving around 6pm or earlier. It's a family owned spot, so decor is a little funky, a little kitschy, a little beachy, but very clean. We have always had very good service even as the dinner crowd increases. They do have "early bird" specials, though we've never made it in time to take advantage of them.
We enjoy exploring the Museum of Aviation in Warner Robins (also highly recommended) and then heading over to Jim Shaw's for dinner. We have never been disappointed!
