Business group for dinner. Predefined menu with 4 entree choices. A full 2 hours before entrees arrived, and not all at one time. I finished my meal before one of the people at my 4 person table was even served. Was typical of all the tables in our group. No drink refills unless you sought the attention of a server and asked.
Fully disappointed.

I really want to give this restaurant another chance because it seems like it should be a very nice venue. It is very elegantly decorated and there was a piano player playing the night we were there (might be there other times too??). Upon arrival, we were immediately seated.

We made reservations in advance for Valentine's Day dinner. The restaurant had a Valentine's Day special of four entrees, serveral appetizers and several desserts to choose from for $70.

The restaurant offers a very extensive wine list by the glass and bottle. We tried to order a bottle of wine about four times. Each time, the waitress came back to tell us they were out of it. Finally, we said give us what you have available.

The tempo of the service was slow, but we expected this as not to be rushed, just not this slow. After ordering the wine, it took about 10 minutes to be served. After another 10 minutes or so, the waitress took our order. With only four entrees to pick from, you would expect them to have it avalable. We ordered the prime rib, and they were out of it. So, we ordered the Beef Wellington.

The appetizers came out about 15 minutes later and were absolutely fantastic!! (we've been in the restaurant an 45 minutes now). The salads were served about 15 minutes later. We ordered another glass of wine upon being served and waited another 10 minutes for them; we were expecting our entrees at this point.

We finished our glasses of wine and were looking for our waitress and our food (90 minutes after being seated), no sign of either. We decided to go to the bar to order our glasses of wine and spoke to the manager about the service. He said they had an issue in the kitchen and didn't charge us for the wine.

We returned to our seats and we decided that if our food had not been served after we finished the wine, we would leave. We saw a couple other couples leaving whom arrived at about the same time as us without being served dinner either.

Well, we finished the wine and left the table (by the way, we had not even seen our waitress for 45 minutes now and have been in the restaurant 2 hrs and 15 mins). We went to the cashier and explained that we were leaving and offered to pay for our drinks. The manager came over and apologized again for the service and would not let us pay for the wine.

While this experience was very bad, the upscale venue, the recommendations by others, and the managers handling of this situation drives me to try this restaurant again.

Have been before with good results several times. This time was a disaster though. They were out of the bottled water we wanted, as well as several core menu items we wanted. Excuse was truck driver from Atlanta with deliveries was a no show. Also were told there was no bread, but after double checking they did in fact have bread. Service time was exceptionally slow for easy dishes. Not sure why they appeared to be fully staffed. Not sure if this is the new normal or a one time fluke, but either way you slice it, not even close to being good enough at this price point.

We read that this restaurant had 3 diamonds with AAA so we gave it a try. The bar is very close to the dining room and was extremely noisy. They tried to seat us near it but we asked to sit further back in the dining room. It is quite old and tired looking and could use an update, stained chairs that were rocky and had to be switched. The minestrone soup was quite good but a very small portion for $8.50. Lasagna was also very small, really just a small square for $22.00. It was quite dry and we asked for more sauce. Cheesecake was good, but nothing special either. Our dinner was almost $100.00 with one drink each. We had wished we had gone to Carrabba's instead.

recently returned b/c a friend had said that she loved the food, service and atmost\phere.i had not been in over 5 yrs b/c of poor quality and high prices.
nothing has changed. very few tables yet service was extremely slow, i understand that you should enjoy the dining experience but waiting 20 mins for water and bread....
There are NO choices of wines by the glass(variety of red and white)but only one brand by the glass - house brand - should you want another you have to purchase a bottle. this tells me that they are not busy enough to open several different bottles of chardonnay(example)
the waiter did not know the menu, wasnt sure of specials and the food was not good. i expect much from a Special Italian Restaurant with prices that are high, i had the penne pasta with mushroom pesto sauce-i asked the waiter what was in the a sauce - he said a white sauce with mushrooms - so i was surprised that there were also potatoes in dish, which was dry and tasteless. i asked for a to go box thinking i could take it home and make it better-the waiter never brought me the to go box. i will not go back, ever. This was the worst meal i have had at any restaurant in 2017, this includes fast food restaurants. Don't Go . I had the salad special Grilled romaine which was pretty much wilted lettce(very tiny portion) a glass of house red and the pesto(no protein) it cost me 50 bucks to get out of there.
