Immediately as I entered the lobby, I was greeted by a staff member wearing a friendly smile. My check in process was speedy and flawless. There are no stairs in this facility due to having only three floors. My room was spacious and the bed was large. I was also treated to cookies awaiting on the desk. My stay was enjoyable due to the restaurant and bar located inside the facility. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saipan for a brief holiday.

Friendly staff, Clean Hotel, Great Service and Centrally Located near stores and Restaurants. The staff and especially the management was very helpful and willing to assist us. When we arrived the check in was prompt and fast, the room was very clean and I was impressed that the hot water was working very good. The room was very quite at night and the bed was comfortable.
it's a relatively cheap hotel in Saipan so you cannot complain the facilities. But the good thing is that you get to use the facilities in Fiesta Hotel (8 minutes walk) because they are the same owner. The restaurant in the first floor (Shirley's) serves good food and it's 24 hours which is great too!
The hotel has no pool and no beach view. But it is only a 10 min walk from the beach. There are also lots of restaurants 5-10 minutes and a small shopping mall 5 minutes away.
The supervisor Carlos was a great guy, very helpful with arranging tours and rental car for me.
The rest of the staff was also very polite.
The bar and restaurant on site are actually popular even for non hotel guests which shows how good they are.
I even arrived early and was even allowed to check in a little early.
A great stay!
Overall a good experience with a 24hr restaurant.

Can't for the Bar inside next to the restaurant, but beware, you may end up having too much fun buying drinks! Hahaha Cheers!!^^
Just got back to the Century Hotel for about another month. The service is just as excellent as before. The housekeeping staff are incredible.The room is perfect. The beds are like the best memory foam and the cookies are great. I appreciate the fact that the facilities at the Fiesta Resort are available and they are great!!!! The restaurant in the hotel has really good food. The hotel bar is world class and the staff and patrons are terrific. The experience is like being at the Ritz Carlton in D.C.
