The 3 bedroom suite we got was nice with a view of the beach. The space was adequate for 9-10 people. However, most of the individuals staying in the hotel got sick after just 2 days. We suspect the HVAC/Aircon to be the culprit. It was mostly respiratory issues that people were dealing with. The feeling on breathing passageways was terrible. If you do decide to stay here, ask them if they cleaned the duct system as they have central air. Not sure how often or if they even clean their duct system. Not worth getting sick.

Not to bad stayed in 3 bedroom unit with business associates. It's complete with furniture and appliances. Room was spacious and complete. Perfect for long term stays! It's a complete package as if it's your home away from deal. Wifi was totally down due to upgrades they say.

Don't use this hotel if you are on official travel to or from Saipan or Tinian. I had a necessary change in my itinerary and Aquarius Beach Tower would not let me cancel my hotel room. They weren't fully booked by any means and I wasn't taking up any space they could have rented to someone else. It cost them zero dollars to hold my reservation and they took $120. They don't care about their customers; just making easy money. Avoid.

This appears to have been a condominium apartment that is converted to a hotel so all the "rooms" are spacious apartments with full kitchens. Cooking is definitely allowed but, the kitchens are sparsely furnished. The one I was in had no pots or pans so cooking would have been a challenge, as I was not about to buy a pot or a pan for a one-night stay. Also, there were no cleaning supplies so even if there were pots and pans to use, I would not have been able to clean them without buying dish soap and scrubbers. Great facility if you did not cook, but worth it to invest in kitchen and cleaning implements if you planned to stay for any length of time.

Had a staycation here to get away from the normal views of being in the city. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. It is awesome looking out and seeing the ocean at your front door. The views are spectacular. What is more fun is that you could just walk to the beach, take a long swim, and just walk back to your room.
