We had pre-booked a skydive with Skydive Franz and turned up the morning of our jump very excited with gorgeous weather and clear skies.
When we arrived we were told they had "a bit of bad news"....they didn't have a plane. Now this was meant to be my first skydive, so I'm no expert, but I would have said that a plane is a pretty essential part of the process!
If you don't have a plane, it would have been nice to at least be told before we turned up so we could do something about it as we were on a tight schedule. Thankfully we found the guys down the road at Skydive New Zealand (Fox Glacier) who were amazing and managed to fit us in and bring forward the time of our jump to fit our schedule.
Very very disappointed in the service we received - go to the guys at Fox! They're awesome.
