Had a day at dreamworld. Hadn't visited for ten years. This place needs an upgrade! It is tired. Advertised shows were about 5 -10 minutes in length and struggled to engage audience. a disappointing day...will not be returning. I would think all the profits are going into establishing the new water park.

It's hard to say what is better out of Dreamworld and Movieworld. That said, if your time is limited Dreamworld could be a good option as it is paired up with White Water World. I think the new ride, the buzz saw, was great as it had a small line because most people were too scared to ride it. Yeah the food is expensive, but isn't that the case at any theme park?

Not so many attractions. Food is terrible… no option only super expensive junk. Specially if you had been in other places as Disney, for sure you will be disappointed . Costumer service is bad.

Too expensive for what they offer… 100% sure the other Theme Parks as Sea World/ Warner Bros made my family much happier!

My kids loved the rides for the kids (Wiggles World) and had photos taken with the Wiggles characters. There were also some rides that my 8 year old could go on like the Log ride, which she loved and went on it a few times. We visited during off peak so the park was really quite and we didn't have to line up for long for anything. We brought lunches as food prizes are horrendous (bring whatever you can including water and drinks) especially when you have young kids.
The photos are also quite expensive starting from $17, be prepared/budget for these extras.
Our tickets included entry to White Water World but we didn't have time to go there.
We also bought our tickets at half price 2 children and 2 adults for $150 through shop a dockets, I can't justify paying full price for the theme parks!
Overall a great day and the kids really enjoyed it!

Sure, it's not brand new, but it's still a great couple of days out, plenty to see and do, fun rides for all ages, if you're at the Gold Coast it's a must do, top rated theme park out of the many around the area, plus white water world is right there too!
