We were at Sussego to have kitesurf lessons, but this is absolutely not a kite spot even if they would like to convince you.
We payed all at the first day arrival: 1st wrong choice.
There was no wind and the instructors convinced us to stay because "tomorrow there will be wind": 2nd wrong choice.
We stayed there 4 days and at the 5th day (half of our vacation lost in this unhappy and no kite spot...sigh ) we decided to move north looking for wind.
THEY WOULDN'T GIVE US BACK OUR MONEY,EVEN NOT THE ONE PAYED FOR THE LESSONS WE DIDN'T HAD!!!
After several hours of unhappy and unpolite discussions with the owner we found an agreement, but this was the worst experience ever!and another day of vacation lost!!

Such a great poussada with a very great team. Spend two perfect weeks and meet a lots of fun and amzing others customers and local people. You can find private peace bungalow or very cheap price shared bed rooms. All the house is very clean, with a paradise pool with a splendid view.
Do not hesitate, Tibau do Sul is e perfect place to rest, and this Frenc poussada is the best.
Any comments about the food, since it's perfect, again.
For activities, you can find a lots of advices from the team and local people, from surfing, kiting, snorkeling, visits, partying, etc, etc ...

It was my first stay in a surfcamp and I had the best time to learn surfing. Madeiro-Beach is wonderful. Very nice waves for everybody (no mather you are beginner or not). And my personal highlight-the dolphins are next to you :)
The team of sossego was very friendly and helpful!! You can relax in the nice cottages, in your hangmat (no noise cause you have a lot of distance to your neighbours), or at the pool with a nice view to the beach. The breakfast had all delicious fruits and shakes!!
The whole camp-area is clean, beautiful and perfect for having a relaxed time!!!!!
We also enjoyed nice barbecues at the pool. Doing also SUP at the lagoon- it was definetly nice!
And finally: I saw little monkeys running on the wall at the camp- you feel like little paradise.. Having holidays here, you can lost all stress of work very easily.

Thanks to sossego!
Sholeh

The location is nice as it is in a small village where there is no tourists.
You can take the bus easily to go to Pipa or to the market - cheap, safe, good Bresilian experience !

The camp is ok, but it is not very clean (sanitaries, swimming pool...). Of course it is tropical climate so you will have bugs everywhere but it is not a good reason to keep a place not really clean.
The dorms + common sanitories are definitively basic, with big fan which are incredibly noisy.

There is lots of french people in the resort. Some things in the resort are extremely expensive (like "souvenir" tee-shirt for instance, 20-30 euros). Kite surfs lessons are average but it can be a lot of people in the class.

Breakfast is good with fresh juices and fruits, meals are ok.

It is a shame the kite-surf sport is situated on the road to go to Natal (sand road) which make this spot finally quiet dangerous and remove a lot of its charm.
