Excellent services, very polite staff, accommodated the request I had in a very short period of time. Clean and comfortable for my short stay. Excellent room service that works, a little bit pricy for food but worth the $$$. No fridge consumption or little basket small snacks, too expensive as any other hotel. I was concerned because I did not make reservation in advance but had no problem, would recommend reservations in advance. Most impressive with politeness of stuff. For Macaé it would deserve maybe 4 stars, instead of three. Erica D.

Room tip: 15th floor (king size bed, small fridge, microwave) small amenities that make life easier if you need to do little things without the need to go out of the hotel)

I waited with my colleague for over one hour for a simple lunch order
Tried several times to draw the attention of the waiters that we are going to lose the business appointment
The simple juice was not even served during that hour and we only got a cold plate of fries!
Never again !!!

A relatively new hotel in Macaé, the room was clean and comfortable with a small but pleasant balcony.

The staff were average, most being inexperienced but non the less they tried to be as helpful as possible.

The food was not very good. The buffet was really poor when compared to other hotels in Brasil that offer buffets. The so called Steak house restaurant didn´t offer any option the night I stayed here other than the buffet. So much for all their propaganda about their steak house, all false.

The internet was terrible constantly dropping out and when it was working it was so slow that it was unusable.

The best thing is that it is still relatively new but would not like to see it in 5 years time. Not what you expect from the Ramada name.

Only stayed one night so nothing to complain about.

This hotel have terrible internet connections. This hotel food is really from time to time. Waiters are people that don't spoke english very well and they look like they work this job for first time. Hotel is far away from main street Cavaleiras and that is not good.

The hotel is new, the receptionists are very polite and cooperative. There are Sauna - Swimming pool and gym. The room is comfortable and clean, wi-fi working very well. The breakfast is good and with various combinations. The next time I will evaluate the restaurant.
