We had a completely wonderful time staying here. The facilities are top notch - the pools and the beach, the rooms, the common areas, the restaurants. But equally wonderful is the staff, which makes you feel completely comfortable, and attends to your every need or want with cheerfulness, and which never is stuffy or oppressive. It's a place to have a wonderful and relaxing time

We stay at FSM once every year. The resort is beautiful, the service is exemplary and the value, yes the value dollar for dollar, cannot be beat. Free cabanas, outrigger canoe, Aloha Suite, child care, etc...

The only downside is the early morning race to get a cabana. We woke up at 6:30 am to secure the one we wanted and and it was gone; in fact, 25% of the ocean front cabanas were gone, but that is the only downside to the resort, and in all fairness we went during early Spring Break. Otherwise it is perfect in every way.

Be smart, book through What a Hotel and get a $100 resort credit (good on anything, not just food as advertised), an upgrade ( if available) and free breakfast (an $85 value)!

This is an amazing hotel with fabulous service!!! Request an Oceanfront Room if you can afford it. If you cant, sit by the beach, Serenity Pool, or Ferraro's.

We loved walking in the morning and getting bagels at Snorkels, then reading papers at the Serenity Pool.

We loved lunch at Ferraro's each day!! It opens at 11:30AM, be there early and get a table by the water. Or, go for sunset....magical!!

What a wonderful staff!!

attention to details large and small make this my most enjoyable vacation experiences by far. lounging by the serenity pool, the outrigger program, morning yoga...each aspect of my day was filled with beauty and amazing service. a tapas menu of small spa service offered poolside lulled me into pure relaxation. every hour a spritz of evian in the face with a bite sized treat of fruit or sweets. the restaurants were excellent, in-room dining with a movie became a guilty pleasure (even offering me off menu options at my request) and the car service made going off resort easy. i wanted for nothing. that's what a vacation should always be. don't think i can ever go back to budget hotels again. this four seasons resort spoiled me for life. last thought: go local for breakfast or take "duo" to go.

Room Tip: any room that has a partial ocean view will off the white noise of a spilling fountain. fell fast asleep whenever my head hit the pillow

We decided to treat ourselves to a wonderful vacation and the Four Seasons at Maui gave us just that. Everything was perfect from the room and service to the incredible settings. We felt like royalty upon on arrival right up until we left. If you are visiting Maui, you must stay at the FOur Seasons or at least stop by to see what a wonderful Resort is all about.
