Its spectacular beachfront setting is enhanced by Ferraro's open-air design, which takes full advantage of Wailea's warm, dry, sunny weather. The diverse menu showcases the fresh seafood and produce of Hawaii and an extensive collection of Italian wines, while the casual atmosphere, lively bar and great entertainment ensure that a meal at Ferraro's will be remembered forever. Ferraro's offers the perfect setting for a Maui meal, regardless of time of day. Lunch is served overlooking Wailea Beach and features casual fare. Come evening, Ferraro's is guaranteed to dazzle as guests dine under a canopy of stars, served by arguably the most attentive staff on Maui. We had an early dinner and enjoyed the sunset. Food and wine was good but not great. Didn't have much on offer for my vegetarian wife. Lacked the sophistication of the other restaurants.

We ate at Ferraro's our first night in Maui. While I enjoyed the food and the service was very good, the view was worth a million dollars. It enhanced the meal tremendously. I also ate here for lunch and very much enjoyed. The fresh fish stir fry was delicious.

I love the Four Seasons and went to the Lobby Lounge a few times. So I knew the setting & atmosphere would be impressive at Ferrero's. It was. The service was fantastic, friendly & very polite but not overbearing or pretentious. It was very romantic dining under the stars and listening to the waves & live violinists. However, despite all the above, the food wasn't worth the expensive prices. The food was good, but not great and I've had better at general cafes in Italy, Australia etc. The food was more simple style rustic, Tuscany tastes, fresh but our not quite tasty or innovative enough. So go for a special occasion to enjoy the whole dining experience & ambience. It' worth going once (go at sunset - 6pm) during your stay!

A beautiful view, great service and excellent food. Of course when you are in Maui and at the Four Seasons this is to be expected.

The reason it is surprising is that I have eaten at the celebrated Wolfgang Puck restaurant at the four seasons and found the service to be generally lacking. Despite my complaints to the manager, I never received a call or correspondence in return. In short, DONT GO THERE, go here instead. Service was good to excellent, very friendly, picturesque and right on the beach. The food was better than average and so was the wine list. So, while the food at the Wolfgang Puck Owned restaurant is in many ways above reproach, the overall experience at the decidedly casual Ferraro's is excellent.
