This is a typical, "high-end", small shopping mall near the Wailea hotels and condos. My wife and I have shopped here during several visits to Wailea. We normally stay at the Grand Wailea, which is almost adjacent to The Shops, and go to the ABC store there to stock up on food and drink items for our room.

They have lots of tourist attire, souvenir shops, shoe, jewelry, and designer shops as well as a few restaurants, most notably Ruth Chris' Steak House. If you are into shopping, it is a decent place to go, and my wife likes it. I am not that impressed and usually go just for the ABC store and perhaps a snack or lunch.

Travelling as a large extended family, we ended up at the shops several times to eat or shop. With varying budgets, everyone did purchase, but I feel the shops take advantage of the captured tourist from this end of the island. Not enough dining options for the average family.
The toilet facilities were plentiful and clean and there was a nice feel to the area.

High-end stores combine with island chain stores in a very effective shopping center. Our group had some enthusiastic shoppers, and some less so. Everyone found what they were looking for and no one was exhausted at the end of the day.

Coming from a small city this was a breath of fresh air . Sop keepers were all very helpful and willing to assist, unlike some other places. Really enjoyed the ambience of the place and the stores are replicated all over The island so don't stress if you don't get there. Au place that has Louis Vuitton usually turns me off but this place didn't. Even the coach store looked reasonably priced! I must really be on vacation.

Very relaxed atmosphere in the mall, with something for everyone. From fine-art galleries to Whalers and ABC stores
