We recently stayed at the Four Seasons and ate dinner on site and off site almost every night for 10 nights. Duo was our 2nd favorite spot, after Merriman's. The service at Duo was fantastic along with their food!! We had the steak special, filet, corn and mashed potatoes to share. It was amazing and well worth it! It's definitely a bit pricey so be aware! And Surprise, at the end of the night, you get strawberry cotton candy as dessert!

While staying at FS, we had breakfast daily at Duo and dinner once. The breakfast buffet is what you would expect, but not outstanding. The view is great, though, and everything was fresh. You can also order off the menu. The breakfast buffet pricing is tiered, and wait staff could do a better job of explaining those options. Dinner was disappointing and not anything special. It was not bad, just sort of average. For a steak house at the Four Seasons, Duo did not meet expectations. The steak quality and taste were average. The salads and sides also did not wow. The cotton candy was a fun touch, though.

The food was outstanding, the service was even better! The Chef came and talked to us about our meal!

My husband is severely allergic to fish and seafood. When seated at the Duo Steak & Seafood Restaurant, he explained this to our waitress. She took our orders, and returned shortly with a small plate of appetizers, courtesy of the chef. To accommodate my husband's allergy, the chef was closing down a grill, and completely cleaning it to ensure that my husband's steak was in no contact with any seafood. This meant our meals would take a little longer to prepare, so he sent out the appetizers. Our dinners were delicious, but beyond that, the care and consideration were priceless.

The food quality was just average and has really dropped in the last 3 years. They need to refocus on food quality. For a restaurant at the Four Seasons, I expect better. Furthermore, we sat outside (which is lovely) but there was a large group that was very disruptive and ruined the ambience. We complained to our server but nothing was done.
