The Wailea Beach Villas are beautiful! It was our fourth time as a family and we loved it even more. The unit was beautiful and comfortable for a family of four with an ocean view. The beach access was great. We have two teenagers and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We had great service and the concierge found wonderful restaurants for us to enjoy. We snorkeled, canoed, hiked in the bamboo forest, saw terrific waterfalls and more. All around a great family vacation spot.

I thought I was staying in Donald Trump's private villa but though totally luxurious, it was in better taste. I had a three bedroom villa (F202) and it was HUGE! I measured it out and it was 55 long steps from the master bedroom closet (the size of many hotel rooms I've stayed in) through the house to the front door. Absolutely elegant yet refined and not over the top.

The balcony was split in two with a large table on one side of the corner suite and a BBQ and chairs on the other facing a gorgeous view of Maui. The sliding doors could be pulled back totally for an uninterrupted panorama. The kitchen was massive with a four table island, hidden fridge and all the amenities of home. The dining area adjoined with a large round table for six.

The other bedrooms were equally big and the addition of a roomy laundry saved me time and money in recycling my clothes while hanging out with a wine on the balcony. I considered it an almighty privilege to stay here for the two days I did and loved the fact that it was all inclusive with parking, Internet, pools and towels, gym... everything, even the local paper to the door.

Since I do travel writing for an occupation, I'm a little jaded when it comes to staying in apartments, condos and villas but Wailea Beach Villas totally exceeded every expectation right down to the custom made toiletries which made me smell like the local flowers.

Heaven...

I spent a wonderful time here with my husband (then fiance) and his family in this luxury three bedroom three bath condo. It felt like a vacation home rather than a hotel so it was comfortable and relaxing. But it also had the perks of someone coming in to clean the place, make the beds, and provide new towels. The area around the complex was serene, quiet and picturesque (especially the adult pool right next to the beach). The only complaint I have is that there was no bathroom facilities near the adult pool and we had to trek all the way up to the main building to use the restrooms.

Obviously this is really too good to be true because it is significantly more expensive than the average hotel stay. But if one is coming with a large family, this is definitely worth the splurge.

I spent a little over a week at the Wailea Beach Villas with my family. We stayed in a gorgeous four bedroom condo with plenty of high-class amenities. It by far had the best infinity pool, beach, rooms, and service compared to all other Wailea places nearby (Marriott or Grand Wailea). The rooms were meticulously kept and very comfortable. The location was unbeatable and the community was gated so privacy was definitely not an issue. The one gripe that I would mention is that our patio grill did not work. However, because of the stellar service, maintenance immediately responded and fixed our grill within an hour. It was a bit eerie that you didn't see many staff members meandering about the grounds, but the few I encountered were very courteous and attentive. They were all on a first name basis with my family after two days! I would place this very high among other Four Seasons-level accommodations.

Room Tip: Higher villas give you a much better beachfront view.

Our family had a fabulous time staying here. We all loved it. Felt private, peaceful and homelike. It's in a great location next to the shops/restaurants, lovely to be able to walk to the other hotels and areas. We rented a 3 bdrm. from the owner and it was a better unit and time than we dreamed. We BBQ'd lunch/dinner on the 4th. We used the equipment deal of $129 for 7 days of equipment rental (kayaks, SUP etc.) on the beach thru GW. We hope to make it an annual trip. We loved the generous use of green towels.
Have stayed in many top resorts all over the world. But this was fabulous for two parents aged (54/63) as well as 3x 20 somethings. Wonderful time due to staying here.

The grounds never cease to amaze me, adult pool is redic (infinity pool over-looking ocean....pictures look like postcards and same in person). Regarding staff - the few ppl Ive seen are nice and pretty helpful but to be honest I never really see anyone working there?! Not a bad thing necessarily, as long as there when needed I suppose. Overall, great stay again and I will continue to come back here. One suggestion --> add fruit to the water they have near each pool? It would spice it up with some cucumber in it lke they do at resorts. Love.
