We only ate here once for breakfast. The food was fresh and clearly local. The service was exemplary but the $45.00 cost per person would unfortunately not make it accessible to most people as an everyday option. Happy to have had the chance to experience the wonderful concept.

Another restaurant we tried in Maui - my wife had the Rib-eye Cap while I had the Eye of Rib-eye. Her dish (although a smaller portion) was flavourful and refreshing! It was a twist to the rib-eye with a different flavour that made the dish (in our opinion one of their signature dishes). The Eye of Rib-eye on the other hand wasn't anything but ordinary. Still the restaurant is a great recommendation. Just don't expect the steak to blow you away or anything. Great outdoor patio seating!! Even better service.

The flavored are wonderful, atmosphere beautiful, but prices are out whack. I know it's a high end restaurant and it's in Maui, but am greatly offended by some of the portion sizes versus the prices. The cap steak that was $25 was five pinkie size pieces. C'mon..... The $16 per cocktail seem high to me as well.

But dining is a personal choice. I would not take kids here. The desserts were very good , so if you do go save room. Just be prepared to pay up for this experience.

We had such a fabulous time at the chef's table and the service was beyond great! Got to know Sy and Le'hua and had the best conversations with them and Sy is a great showman! Really great bartender and what is not to love about Le'hua. Such a charming personality! Chef Brent was wonderful and did great on our personal menu. The food was SPOT ON! That watermelon salad I will dream of until next time. Really spectacular spot!

Food was delicious and locally sourced. Unique menu, we tried so many dishes and we're not disappointed. Make a reservation as they get crowded. Cost was on the high end but the product was very good and worth the money.
