This hotel is beautiful, modern, clean. The facilities are excellent. The staff is professional, friendly, courteous and so helpful. We were hesitant about splurging so much on the hotel but so so so worth it! I am so glad we chose this hotel for our stay in Maui. It has made our trip so much more memorable. If you’re hesitating about the price- just go for it. It’s worth it. You get so much for your services. From free snorkelling, kayaking to plenty of free classes and amenities such as lei making, coconut husking, beach yoga etc. The location on turtle town and distance from the airport also makes it worth it. We really enjoyed our stay and only have good things to say about this hotel. We are not the type of people to visit the same place again, but just for Andaz Maui we would visit Hawaii again!!! We can’t wait to be back

Our week at the Andaz was just about perfect in every way. The property is in excellent condition, was very clean, in a great location and the pools were just the best. I appreciated the more modern vibe to the property.

You will not be disappointed.. my wife and I stayed here from sep 7-13 in room 233.This hotel is amazing from the staff (Nico, Mark G., Chris, Garret and all the valets) to the food, amenities, location, beach. The luau is really nice and intimate well worth it. You get a free 8x8 picture at the luau and the photographer they have is a true artist with the camera the Ka’ Ana restaurant is phenomenal both breakfast and dinner .I can keep going but you get the point right ..My wife and I have traveled to many places international and in the us we live in Florida and I have never reviewed any of them so I sit here with a smile on my face just thinking about my Maui vacation and how wonderful it was thanks to the Andaz and there staff.

We only stayed for two nights because our Condo was unavailable next door. We were quite impressed with the treatment and friendliness of every staff member we encountered. My wife just happened to mention to our registration attendant that we were going to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary that week and when we got to our room, he sent us a complimentary bottle of champagne with gourmet treats. When we had dinner at Ka'hana Kitchen that night, we were also given a complimentary appetizer. Whenever we came across that same registration attendant, he always greeted us by name and asked us if there was anything he or the staff could do to make our stay more enjoyable. We will be back for a longer stay.

Decided to splurge for our first leg of a two week honeymoon in Hawai’i. Felt totally spoiled after leaving! Of course it’s expensive, but all of Hawaii is expensive. So for a bit more I think the value is worth it. You can definitely get your moneys worth out of the resort fee. Beautiful beach with chairs and umbrellas set up for you where we snorkeled with multiple turtles (one of the highlights of the trip). Canoeing and paddle boarding included. Mixology class was awesome (we got two free mai tai’s!) Free sunscreen, endless towels. Multiple pools. Just beautiful and so relaxing. We loved it. Worth the splurge.
It’s definitely more of a couples resort. Hardly any kids over the age of 5. Which was exactly what we were looking for.
Insider tip. Book through Classic Travel - Virtuoso Hotels and get the breakfast buffet included at the same hotel rate. It’s the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever been too, but it’s $50 EACH so can kill your bank account if it’s not included in your booking. Plus they gave a $100 spa credit.

My daughter and I checked in thinking this would be special, ridiculous prices, 25.00 for 5 oz of wine. The room was mediocre at best, dirty windows. Property needs face lift, grounds tired . Dinner 1 evening for 2 salads and 2 drinks 140.00. Breakfast outrageously priced for limited food. The one saving grace was the staff, very accommodating and friendly
