Our week at the Andaz was just about perfect in every way. The property is in excellent condition, was very clean, in a great location and the pools were just the best. I appreciated the more modern vibe to the property.

You will not be disappointed.. my wife and I stayed here from sep 7-13 in room 233.This hotel is amazing from the staff (Nico, Mark G., Chris, Garret and all the valets) to the food, amenities, location, beach. The luau is really nice and intimate well worth it. You get a free 8x8 picture at the luau and the photographer they have is a true artist with the camera the Ka’ Ana restaurant is phenomenal both breakfast and dinner .I can keep going but you get the point right ..My wife and I have traveled to many places international and in the us we live in Florida and I have never reviewed any of them so I sit here with a smile on my face just thinking about my Maui vacation and how wonderful it was thanks to the Andaz and there staff.

We only stayed for two nights because our Condo was unavailable next door. We were quite impressed with the treatment and friendliness of every staff member we encountered. My wife just happened to mention to our registration attendant that we were going to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary that week and when we got to our room, he sent us a complimentary bottle of champagne with gourmet treats. When we had dinner at Ka'hana Kitchen that night, we were also given a complimentary appetizer. Whenever we came across that same registration attendant, he always greeted us by name and asked us if there was anything he or the staff could do to make our stay more enjoyable. We will be back for a longer stay.
