Fresh tuna and lamb burger were our treat. Quick and efficient service, nice food. A bit noisy. Inexpensive. We also liked the naive mural painting.

We live on Maui and have dined at the old Greek Bistro and the Pita Paradise in Kihei dozens of times over the years. We finally decided to try the location in Wailea at the Gateway Center, across from the Monkeypod. We ate there on Halloween and arrived without a reservation about 6 p.m. We were immediately seated. There were about 4 tables being serviced when we arrived. Staff was friendly, drinks came fast, and the service was good.

We ordered the Appetizer (Mediterranean) Platter and it was very good . . . although the falafel was a bit dry. My wife ordered the Chicken Kabob entrée and said it was "good, but not great." I had the Mousaka and a Baklava for dessert. The Mousaka was tasty, but unfortunately, the potatoes were undercooked and not edible. I've had the Baklava at the Kihei location several times and it was always delicious. The one I had at the Wailea location had a thick, dry crust that was difficult to cut.

All in all, we like the Kihei location much better than Wailea . . . although the ambiance at Wailea is better.

Low key and some of the most amazing falafel around. Nothing over the top. Just great food. Not one of the 8 people with is had minced words. We were too busy eating!

We visited this restaurant several times during our stay in Maui. The food was very good and healthy. Try the veggie plate with hummus and falafel, you will not be disappointed.

We stopped here for lunch on our way to the airport as we were leaving Maui & were pleasantly surprised! The hummus & warm pita bread was great, although the serving size of the hummus was really small. I chose the chicken parmesan & it was a huge portion & very good. The lamb meatballs were excellent, per my husband. Our waitress was upbeat & friendly & gave us great ideas for our next trip back to Maui. Our bill was very reasonable & we definitely were glad we found this fresh, mediterranean spot! Overall, it was a perfect lunch! And next door is a amazing little chocolate shop with homemade chocolates, the best I've ever had!
