It's hard to eat out for a week and not feel poisoned by the end, but Pita Paradise mitigated that a little bit with healthier, Mediterranean cuisine at a reasonable cost.

2nd time to eat here, both times we throughly enjoyed their fish kabobs; the Maui Brewery's "Bikini Blondes" weren't bad either!

we had eaten at the Pita Paradise in Kihei which was great...and very causal...counter service. we decided to try Wailea. We were wanting something a little different. Maybe not too heavy and so chose from their appetizer list. hummus, tapenade, tsaziki, goat cheese, etc. plus their cheese pita. each was terrific. their main courses looked good and we will try the next time we are there. the service was excellent.

We had eaten at Monkeypod the day before and it was late the next night and we were hungry. Went back to Monkeypod and it was packed. We decided to try Pita Paradise. It is unassuming but fantastic. What a treat and the hummus was phenomonal.

We live in Wailea, and I am Greek. This should be a favorite, unfortunately it isn't. We often frequented this restaurants other location in Kihei, and enjoyed it. When they moved to the new location, quality dropped, and service stopped. We recently had dinner here with some friends. We arrived in the later part of the evening, although still during their service time. We ordered drinks, that took forever. Everyone's dinner arrived Luke warm at best. The moussaka was like mush, and the Pastichio was overlooked and dry. We had the baklava ice cream that was horrible. Perhaps some desserts are not meant to be mixed with ice cream.

The worst part was about halfway throug our dinner, the staff decided it was time to close. The turned on loud music, one started sweeping, and several others stood by the kitchen door watching us eat. Not a good experience. Have not been to the location in Kihei in years, but definitely avoid the Gateway Shopping Center location until they get their act together (which will hopefully be when management reads enough of the mediocre reviews),
