We enjoyed this more than expected. The food was good and with the open bar you cant go wrong. Make sure you show up a few minutes early to get a descent table. We arrived around 3:40pm and managed a centre table when they stated at 4:00pm the seat selection. Go to Costco (maui airport) if you want to save 30% off the regular prices by purchasing in advance .

This was so much fun, a Luau was on my top this to do and I am so glad we were able to do it!

This hotel is amazing and has a great view. We saw how they cooked the pig, had pictures taken with the hula boy and girl. Food was fantastic as were the Mai Tais at the open bar. And the show was so much fun, and before it begun we got on stage and learn't (tried!!) to dance!

Our waiter was excellent and bought us endless cocktails. We sat with a great bunch of people at our table.

You can buy real Lei for $10 and the photos are $25 or $20 if you buy more than one.

Highly recommend!

We have attented the Hyatt luau in kaanapali many times, the food and drinks were much better at the grand wailea, but I would say the show wasn't as good, so it is sort of a compromise. It still had the fire dancers and a bonus of a cirque du sol type Performance by Lady in tree. We'd go again just based on the food, try to go on a night when it's not too full, we went at about 50percent capacity which was pleasent, we arrived at 415, were assigned a table, then came back at 5:00 for cocktails. Overall, a great night! Btw, u can see the show from pathway for free!

We enjoyed the show, the fire element and the MC were very nice. The drinks were plentiful, mai tai, pinas as well as beer and wine. The food was ok, the pig they pulled from the ground was not what appeared in the trays which was disappointing. The grounds and view made for a great night.

Though it was a little pricier than some other Luau's the show was superb, and the fire artists were amazing. The food was plentiful, and they had an open bar, which was appreciated.
