My friends have been raving about Ko for months now and so my fiance and I finally had an opportunity to try it out. We did a staycation at the Fairmont and ended up eating at Ko almost every meal for four days. We had somewhat casual poolside lunch the first day which was amazing. We had the kalua pork flatbread, the macrobiotic meal and the fresh opah special. EVERYTHING was fantastic, and the best part is they had food on the menu that pleased everyone (vegan, macrobiotic and beer and pizza!). We also had an amazing dinner for six one night and everyone loved it. The service was excellent and Dillon, the manager, made sure we were well taken care off all night. We will be back and back and back. Finally a place that caters to all of our many friends and familie's food preferences, while serving delicious food that we can all enjoy at a great Kama'aina price. The complimentary bread/rice cake with hummus and lavender butter is such a nice touch too.
