Wow... Plantation Inspired Cuisine.

So many great dishes to choose from. The menu is so diverse. The staff is great.

Live music to boot

Check out their IPad wine list. So many unique wines to compliment the dishes.

Must go here on Maui!

This restaurant is located at the Fairmont Kea Lani. There is a very nice bar and it has indoor and outdoor tables for dining. We went for their 3 course "early bird" dinner, and were not disappointed. They have a nice wine list and her seafood and my steak were absolutely delicious. The service was good, and we had a great dinner for our last night in Maui.

I loved the food here. It was the least busy restaurant of all the restaurants at the 3 big resorts (Grand Wailea, Four Seasons & Fairmont) which made me wonder but I think people just haven't discovered this place yet. The pan-Asian nature of the menu really worked for me and it's just so perfect for Maui. Definitely worth a stop.

The pool side restaurant's renovation turned out great!
The mood is more upscale as befits a Fairmont hotel and they offer excellent personal service
with a cuisine filled with farm fresh Hawaiian produce with Asian and Portugues influences.
The menu may not be cheap, but the food is excellent.
