We really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites Denver Tech Center. It is a beautiful hotel in a safe and convenient area. There are many restaurants in walking distance, or a short drive. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast and evening reception were a nice bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for family travel, and anyone who wants to be away from the busy areas. The grounds around the hotel were lovely as well.

My family chose to stay at the Embassy Suites because of the advertised Special and kid Friendly environment. Over all the stay was ok. However a few things were a little misleading. For one the Special Family Cinema Package stated you were to get "a bucket of movie snack, popcorn and candy." That "bucket" was a small bag of microwave popcorn and couple candy bars. Our room was situated right in front of the elevator, so next time I would suggest anyone call the hotel directly and ask were the room is located in relation to the elevators. We heard dinging and people talking most the night. The hotel is rather large and the pool is undersized, so I would suggest if you go at a busy time, don't expect to get a lot of use out of the pool. The staff was very friendly however, and everyone was willing to assist when asked.

In all fairness, I did stay at this hotel more than 1 year ago, but stll the Embassy Suites is not in DTC area...more like 4 miles to the S
Then it's old, food is basic, and if you are lucky they evacuate you at 4:30 because someone decided to play with the alarm system
And, yes, not in DTC area !

I stay at a lot of hotels for work and leisure, and this is one of the best stays I've ever had. We stayed for three nights for labor day weekend, and I loved everything about this hotel...location, service, staff, breakfast. The staff was very courteous and helpful, and overall and I can't find anything bad to say about this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. We had a conference at the convention center and did not want to pay downtown prices or LODO as they call it.
This hotel is roughly a 15 minute drive to downtown Colorado all freeway which has pretty bad traffic most of the time. This hotel is in an industrial area that has plenty of food choices very close and a Target and Wal Mart for emergency needs. Our room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The linens are very nice and you will sleep soundly. As stated prior, they have a nice happy hour which includes free drinks and plenty of free appetizer choices. We did not try the breakfast, but i am sure it was good as well. We ordered room service three times and were happy with service each time. The food was a bit pricey ($15.00 for a burrito), but maybe they were offsetting the price of the free booze. I was also a bit disappointed that room cleaning service came the 2nd day, but not the following. We had to call down for fresh towels. The hotel fire alarm also went off at dinner time (i was in a towel fresh out of the shower) and the whole hotel was outside waiting for the fire department to come and turn it off. Loud, intrusive..but at least we know the fire alarm works. Bummer was that my husband had told the hotel staf that some kids were playing with fire alarm and they ignored him.
But can't beat the cheap price of not staying downtown. This hotel is worth the price if you dont need to be in the action of downtown.

We spent 5 days at this exceptional hotel. The service was excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was incredible. This hotel offers free drinks and appetizers every evening in the lounge. My family raves about the breakfast. After 5 days of eating like kings they have to come home to cold cereal for breakfast ( i hope they dont expect me to cook like that every mornng) We spent alot of time out of the hotel due to the fact we had alot of things planned,we really enjoyed coming back to relax. In the evenings there was not alot for the kids to do at the hotel but swim, the pool is small and was often overcrowded however this will not stop us from staying here on our next trip to Denver.

we just returned from our trip to the denver area (incredibly gorgeous- but not the point) and i was extremely happy w/ our hotel!
my husband and i have never stayed w/ embassy suites before, and were impressed. one thing i realized was how clean clean clean it was. there wasn't even a smidge of "ick factor".
the shower was automatically hot most times. and super clean!
nice room
bed was super comfy- the mattress wasn't as firm as most hotel rooms, so it was perfect!
the b'fast was really well done. (and included). what i liked about it was that it was cook to order, and the chef was friendly.

it was a little outta the way, but not really. easy access to interstates, so getting anywhere was relatively easy. (and we went to boulder, mt. evans, and colo springs)

i recommend this hotel. it's pricey, but after much research, they all were. we almost stayed in downtown denver, but parking cost $20 a DAY. this was a fantastic option!

convenient to a target & walmart- which was great since i needed a sweatshirt (in august) for the cool evenings.

great!
