This was the first time I'd eaten here. I came for Chinese so I focused on that, didn't really notice all the sushi bar and hibachi stuff until I was settled in. The Chinese menu has all the offerings people look for in a Chinese restaurant, like Kung Pao Chicken and Lo Mein, but toward the back of the menu they have traditional Chinese dishes, like spicy boiled fish and lamb with scallions, which is what we got. (They also have crispy pork intestine and salmon fish head with preserved pepper, if you've been longing for those items but just can't seem to find them anywhere.) The food was well prepared, the waitstaff were very good, the atmosphere was more updated than what's found in a lot of Chinese places, it's reasonably priced, and there's such a big variety of items everyone will be able to find something to their liking. Very much recommended.

We go here for the experience of the hibachi style cooking. The food is very similar to Benihana but the chefs at the Volcano are a little more fun--they invite the kids to wear the chef's hat and do some of their tricks (catching shrimp tails and bowls in the hat).

Family got 3 dinners. Chicken Thai good, filet great, shrimp and scallop dinner awful. Fast service. Nice staff. They speak rough English.

Terrible sushi, they sloshed some nasty sauce all over it, but even without that it would have been terrible. The staff were friendly, the only plus. Terrible food over all.

We loved the variety. Chinese, sushi bar, and hibachi available and all very good! They even have live music on many nights. The atmosphere is modern and clean. The staff is very nice. Our family loves this place!
