This was at one time the only place in Aguadilla/Isabela to sit down and receive an excellent meal, excellent service and excellent drinks all while sitting right on the beach, but not anymore. Eclipse has turned into an Overpriced restaurant in paradise in which its food now is of moderate, low quality value and performance just so ordinary, you know so-so. The service was good, so were the drinks and the view was just breath taking. Sunset skies are just so wonderful BUT they need a NEW CHEF! If you asked me I think it’s time for change in that kitchen. When I got a look at my plate it was like a board over worked chef prepared my meal, unlike what I was served right down the road at One-Ten-Thai. Now that was heaven on a plate.

While the restaurant is sitting on prime real estate, the food was sub par for any price. But considering how much they charged for food it was down right unacceptable. If you are looking for a place with a great sunset view right on the beach for drinks. This is a great place for that. But for the price I would rather eat shoe leather than the steak I was given. Over cooked and very grizzly for an upscale restaurant. The seafood stew was also very fishy and not high quality. There are much better places in the area for a lot less money.

This restaurant is right on the Atlantic Ocean. The food is gormet . Have drinks sitting on the couches looking at the tropical vegetation and hearing the waves. Everytime I am in Isabela Puerto Rico I havfe to go there at least once.

If you are looking for high end food, in the most perfect setting, this place is a gem. We have visited numerous times for both breakfast and dinner. One of a kind setting, EXCELLENT food. Try the coconut tuna appetizer. There is also another restaurant open with a unique schedule run by this company as well called O Restaurant. That is also a four star place so check both you will not be disappointed.

This restaurant is located at the Villa Montaña resort in Isabela. We arrived here after calling and being warned that we might have to wait a bit. We did not after all and were quickly led into choices for seating with the sound of waves splashing a few feet from your table. The surroundings and trendy beach décor is a relief after a long work day or just the right incursion while on vacation.

We tried the Hydroponic salad with lemon smoked bacon vinaigrette and were pleasantly grateful. For the entry course we had pasta with ground meat and shrimp. Just a little bit dry, but nothing that you wouldn’t mind overlooking with the rest of the plates. We also tried salmon dishes which were deftly cooked and spices used were not offensive in strength.

The waitress was attentive, cheerful and made us feel very welcomed during our visit. The prices started at $8 for appetizers to $22 for main courses. Overall, this is a promising place for you to being family, friends and that special person.
