This is our second stay in this hotel. We will return again. It is the most convenient lodging option in Natchez. It is new and very clearn. It is conveniently located to enable you to walk to downtown, the visitor's center, etc. The river view rooms are excellent, as is the large, well lit parking lot. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable. The desk staff was not very knowledeable concerning dining options. The worst part of this hotel is the breakfast food. Some of it was hardly edible.

the breakfast, we was charged additional $6.95 on our hotel bill. The food,(eggs, where
scrambled but was runny.) reminded me of mess hall food when I was in the army 45
years ago. Also the $6.95 was for parking. The staff seem to be inexperienced.

My husband and I met up with some friends of ours in Natchez. We chose to stay at the new hotel downtown, the Country Inn & Suites. What a wonderful choice we made in staying there as the hotel is new and the customer service was nothing short of spectacular!!! The rooms were very clean and spacious and the mattresses were very comfortable. The hotel offers an upper scaled continental buffet with hot items. There is a fee of $6 per night that is separate from the room night cost, but that covered all of our long distance, parking, and breakfast charges so don't be surprised if you see this charge. I cant say enough about the customer service I experienced. Everyone smiled, and was extremely helpful to us, it really made a difference in our stay. We will definitely be returning to this hotel and our entire group would recommend it.

We stayed in the Country Inn for 2 nights over Spring Break. The hotel is located on the Mississippi river in downtown Natchez and is very large for a small town (probably to take advantage of the Spring and Fall Pilgrimage crowds). If you are visiting over the Pilgrimage periods, be prepared for problems at breakfast time as we had up to 60 people in the dining room at once and the staff struggled to keep up with food, silverware, etc. If possible pay the extra $10 and get a river-view room. Some river-side rooms on the first floor also have a balcony which would be great on warm evenings. The hotel has a large breakfast area and a small outdoor pool. They also have drink specials at the bar every evening. The only issue we had was the extra $6.95 per day you are compulsorily charged for parking, internet and the business center. We didn't have this explained to us when we checked in and it was added on when we left. It seems unfair to charge for things that you may not even use (internet, business center) and for parking when there is plenty of free parking nearby. If they had just added the charge into the room fee then we wouldn't have known any different and probably wouldn't have cared. Other than that, a pleasant stay in a pleasant hotel.

We splurged and spent a little more for a 1 bedroom suite, but it was worth every penny. The hotel was well maintained and clean. They room was large and spotless with ample room. We have never stayed in a nicer room and we have stayed in some better hotels. The only real problem is that the kitchen staff apparently had a problem with keeping up with the crowd during breakfast. They morning breakfast could have been better. Selection was very limited. No Microwave and cold biscuits. How cheap is a microwave for heating food.

We stayed here only one night - loved the town, loved the hotel. Very clean, modern, convenient to lots of attractions in town. Pretty decent breakfast. Comfortable, standard hotel room. Front counter staff not particularly knowledgeable about things in town, but internet is provided, so we did our own searching that way.

We stayed here during the Spring Pilgrimage. The hotel is new and everything in it is nice and clean. The room was great - tastefully decorated with very comfortable beds. It was also very quiet - no noisy neighbors or sounds coming through the walls. The hotel is right on the Mississippi river, though we opted for a city view room to save a little money. The visitor's center is right down the street. Staff was very courteous. To top it all off, when we went to check out they charged us less than we had booked the room for on an online travel site. Would definitely stay again.
