“Historic & Delightful...”

There is a guide book available at several places around town, especially Turning Pages bookstore, that I'd recommend buying before visiting the cemetery. It is a fascinating place with many, many stories to tell. Just walking along the rows of tombstones from the 1800s can keep you occupied for hours - time seems to fly there! Many points of history from Natchez' past are commemorated there in the cemetery, and it should be a stop on any visit to the city.

“Very interesting”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 30, 2012

The Visitor's Center said we "must" drive through the cemetary which we would not have thought to do but decided to see what they were talking about. It was HUGE and so very interesting. It was too cold to walk around any but definitely will on another trip.

“My wife likes cemeteries.”

The cemetery is large and spooky at night. Driving around the cemetery are some pretty weird roads, do not get lost.

“Beautiful”

Didn't have a lot of time and it started to rain. What I did get to see was interesting. Will go again one day when I have time.
