Take a step back in time in this live movie and play performance by local people that live in the Natchez community. Old and young alike love the pageant as a story from long ago unravels. Make sure to dress up! This is a formal event and so much fun to go to and to dress up for an affair as this! It is great for a couple or for the whole family. Children love it and so did my young teenage girls when they attended too! I can not wait to go back again.

once you have seen the pageant it really doesn't change from year to year just the children do. If you know someone and enjoy the costumes it is enjoyable just rather long with some slow parts in the play/pageant.

Beauty of a past era.........Grace and dignity of the old homes. One begins to slow down and enjoy the grounds and the history behind the grand old homes. Natchez gives the feeling of a more relaxed lifestyle.

We loved being able to see a historic Natchez house. In each room local actors told tales of the owners and the times.

We stumbled upon this and got tickets to see the last night's show. It was the sweetest presentation, bursting with civic pride. To think that 300 people would volunteer to keep this going for 75 years is hard to imagine. It was a wonderful presentation which we were so honored to have shared in.
