Try the thin sliced catfish. It doesn't get much better than this. The red sauce is fresh, but could use a bit more kick of horse radish. The owner takes the time to make sure everyone gets enough to eat. A whole in the wall where the food is fantastic. You can't go wrong eating at a place that has a pick up truck, a minivan, and a Porche in the dirt parking lot.
