“nice classy place at a reasonable price”
Reviewed August 4, 2013

This restaurant is set in an old western saloon and has many artifacts on the walls. Our server was very attentive and friendly. The ribs that I had were some of the best I have had in a restaurant. My wife said her taco salad was different than normal but was still good. We would certainly go back

“Cute place to get a bite in Keystone”
Reviewed August 3, 2013 via mobile

We stopped in to have lunch prior to boarding the 1880 train across the street and it was a good choice. The food was well prepared and the prices reasonable. The server was very welcoming. The decor is old west saloon in the dining room, which was where we dined in order to enjoy a quieter setting for lunch.

“Yikes! Skip the bar/grill upstairs and opt for the restaurant”
Reviewed August 1, 2013

The menus posted in the window of Ruby House were for the restaurant and their bar/grill upstairs on the deck. We were looking for more of a "quick bite to eat" so went upstairs. Basic grill menu (hamburger, hot dog, nachos, etc). The amount of food was generous, but that didn't make up for the lack of quality. Staff was friendly, but if we could do it again, we would have gone into the restaurant downstairs or skipped it altogether.

“Very Fun Spot to eat in Keystone”
Reviewed August 1, 2013

This is set up like a western saloon. It has some fun decor and a "newspaper" to set the tone of the place in history. The food is pretty good with a varied menu. We ordered a buffalo steak, a buffalo burger and the buffalo stew. the best of the entrees was the buffalo stew. all served with fresh veggies, salad, potato. For a sit-down spot, very reasonable and fun. good for the entire family as they had a good kids menus.

“Pushed through”
Reviewed July 31, 2013

The restaurant seems very popular but that may be because there's not many places to eat and lots of tourists. We ordered salads and a main course plus a drink that had to come from the bar next door. Never had a chanced to finish our salads before the main course came. Felt like a herd of cattle. Were nearly finished our meal before the barmaid came around again wondering if we would like a drink, completely forgot about our earlier order. WE cancelled. Not a culinary experience although the food did taste good and our food waitress was very good.
