stayed here for 3 nights whilst moving house. The accommodation is excellent with large comfortable bedroom and a large ensuite bathroom. Breakfast beautifully served with excellent Ulster Fry.

Charles, the owner, is most helpful and friendly and even got up early and had a continental breakfast ready for us an hour before the normal breakfast times to set us on our way to the early morning ferry to Scotland.

All in all an excellent place to stay where you will be made feel welcome and be very comfortable.

Room Tip: I think all rooms look very good

I recently spent 2 weeks at Keef Halla with my best friend and used it as a base to see Northern Ireland.
Our rooms were very well presented with indivudual furnishings for each room. A delicious breakfast was available and they coped with my special dietary problems without any problem.
The staff were all wonderful - friendly and helpful and able to give us hints and tips about what to see, where the cheapest parking was in Belfast, how to get to places easily and lots of insite into the people and culture of Northern Ireland. They also provided needle and thread in a minor emergency. Charles - the owner - offered to drive us to a local restaurant and collect us so that we could have a drink and not worry about driving.
Keef Halla totally exceeded our expectations so much that we hope to return for another holiday - give it a try you won't be dissappointed

Room Tip: We had a sneeky look at all the rooms while we were there and they all had wonderful facilities

This is an excellent place to stay, incredibly well maintained and staff who could not be more helpful friendly or concerned about their guests. The room was excellent comfortable and spacious. All in all this is a marvellous place to stay, not to far from the airport and within close proximity of Belfast. I would recommend hiring a car if staying at this country house as it is fairly remote from transport.

We recently spent eight nights at this B&B while we visited family in N. Ireland and attended a family wedding. Our experience was exceptional. The room was spacious and cleaned each and every day. Charles (the owner) was always attentive and able to provide for unusual requests/emergencies i.e. I brought wrong charger, he had a drawer full of chargers and we were able to find one to accommodate all my electronic devices. A Band-Aid was needed and Charles provided.
It’s in an extremely convenient location, close to the airport (but never heard an airplane), easy access to major highways and still has a “being in the country “ feel. Breakfast was served each day in the beautiful conservatory and could be an Irish fry or made to order. We can highly recommend staying for one night or for eight!

Thank you very much for a lovely review. You were a pleasure to look after, and we hope was to your own high standard. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your trip to Southern Ireland, and everything worked out as planned. If we can help out on a future trip to Northern Ireland, please let us know. Best Wishes. Just returned from a 3 day B&B stay at the Keef Halla and I was expecting it to be very good judging by the reviews on this site , however it exceded my expectations ,we had Room 6 which had not one but two double beds and a huge bathroom with both bath and shower. The attention to detail and the wonderful Irish breakfast added to the experience ,which as others have said is better than many a four star hotel add to which Charles and his staff were most helpful with suggestions of places to visit and eat none of which disappointed, i particularly liked our meal at the Ballymack a 10/15 minute drive away
I would definitely recommend the Keef Halla to anyone thinking of visiting Northern Ireland.

Room Tip: Room 6 is huge and on the ground floor, there is some traffic noise but the road is not that busy at night and ground floor rooms do get some creaky floorboard noise from rooms on the 1st floor.Neither of which disturbed our sleep to much.
